Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what we need to take your order, ship it, and support you afterward, and we don't sell your personal information.

• Order information — name, shipping address, email, and the items you buy, entered at checkout.
• Payment information is handled by our payment processor directly; we don't see or store full card numbers on our own systems.
• Cart contents, kept in your browser's local storage so your cart survives a page refresh. See the Cookie Policy for exactly what's stored.
• Support messages you send us through the Contact page.

To fulfill and ship orders, respond to support and warranty requests, process returns, and send order confirmations. If you opt into the newsletter, to send that. We don't use your order history to build a profile for sale to third parties.

See the Cookie Policy for the specific items this site stores in your browser and how to clear them.

We share order information only with the parties needed to complete it: our payment processor to charge the order, and the shipping carrier to deliver it. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

We retain order records for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and delete account data on request.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@megaplayadventure.com. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional specific rights, which we honor for everyone regardless of location.

This site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be called out on this page.
