Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within the window described on the Shipping & Returns page. This page covers how and when the refund itself is issued.

Refunds are issued once we've received and inspected the returned item. Card refunds typically take a few business days to appear depending on your bank; other payment methods may be faster.

You receive the product price plus any tax paid on it. Original shipping is refunded if the return is due to our error or a defect; otherwise it isn't. There is no restocking fee.

Items returned with missing accessories or damage beyond normal inspection wear may receive a partial refund. We'll tell you the reduced amount before processing, not after.
