Standard shipping is a flat $6.50, free on orders of $75 or more before tax. Orders ship from our Austin, TX facility.
Returns
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Defective items are covered under the manufacturer or store warranty; see the Warranty page.
How to Start a Return

Contact support with your order number and the reason for the return.

We'll email you return instructions and an authorization number.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
