By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We try to keep prices and stock accurate; if something is mispriced or listed in error, we'll contact you before shipping and you're free to cancel for a full refund rather than pay the corrected price.

Shipping timelines and costs are described on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery.

Our Refund Policy and Warranty pages describe your remedies and are part of these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

We describe products as accurately as we can, but descriptions and specifications aren't guaranteed to be complete or error-free.

Don't scrape the store, resell at scale without an agreement with us, or try to interfere with how the site runs. We may cancel orders that look fraudulent.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law gives you the right to a different venue.
